W.E. Lyons Construction developed a comprehensive plan to provide the highest possible cost benefit for upgrading this 108-unit low income housing project. We completed the interior and exterior renovations to all seven buildings, completely renovated a 40,000 square foot concrete parking garage and successfully performed the design-build of a new freestanding community building in the existing courtyard. The entire project was completed within a condensed time frame (12 months).
