The Contra Costa Water District Maintenance Buildings projects in Concord and Antioch consisted of two separate 20,000 square foot facilities, 40 miles apart. The scope of the project included high-bay shop facilities, conventional offices, conference rooms, break rooms, locker rooms and showers. Using the design-build project delivery approach the entire project was completed in less than 12 months. The team encouraged open communication and a focus on user group meetings to achieve the desired goals.
